How soon will my purchase arrive?

Because of our personal attention to creating your, orders placed with us will be delivered by standard UPS service in:

• 3-7 business days for all items for which you have not specified personalization, custom sizing or custom images
• 5-10 business days for personalized items
• 10–30 business days for custom sizes or images

If, for any reason, we anticipate a delay, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.

You'll hear from us the day it ships with your UPS tracking number and estimated delivery date.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges for orders within the 48 continental United States are $10 plus 10% of the total order.

For example, if you order a single coffee table glass, your cost of $10 + $7 (10% of the $70 cost of the glass) for a total of $17.

What do you do if my order is damaged in shipping?

Contact us toll-free at 1-800-215-9441 or by email to let us know. We'll ship a replacement for the damaged item right away.

How often do orders arrive damaged?

The possibility that your order will arrive damaged is very small. We've been shipping glass and mirrors for more than a decade and work closely with UPS to ensure that our packaging can protect your purchase from their normal handling process.

But, unfortunately, damage sometimes happens despite our best efforts. If your order is one of the few that arrives damaged, we'll replace it right away at no further charge.
