What to Expect
Do these mirrors reflect like normal mirrors?
Your mirror will sparkle as bright as any mirror you've ever seen. Our pictures show them reflecting a plain gray background to give you the clearest possible view of the design.
But hang your mirror on your wall and whatever is gray in the pictures will reflect whatever background is around it, just like any other mirror. Whatever is lighter colored in the pictures is etched and does not reflect.
Do I need any special process or cleanser to clean my glass?
To clean the etchings, use any liquid glass cleaner. The images are a permanent part of the glass and will last as long as the glass itself.
How soon will my order arrive?
Because of our personal attention to creating your, orders placed with us will be delivered by standard UPS service in:
- 3-7 business days for all items for which you have not specified personalization, custom sizing or custom images
- 5-10 business days for personalized items
- 10–30 business days for custom sizes or images
If, for any reason, we anticipate a delay, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.
You'll hear from us the day it ships with your UPS tracking number and estimated delivery date.

How do you charge my credit card?
Please note that your purchase will appear on your credit card statement under the name Master Visions.
What will you do if my order is damaged in shipping?
Contact us toll-free at 1-800-215-9441 or by email to let us know. We'll ship a replacement for the damaged item right away.
How often do orders arrive damaged?
The possibility that your order will arrive damaged is very small. We've been shipping glass and mirrors for more than a decade and work closely with UPS to ensure that our packaging can protect your purchase from their normal handling process.
But, unfortunately, damage sometimes happens despite our best efforts. If your order is one of the few that arrives damaged, we'll replace it right away at no further charge.
Is there anything special I should do when my order arrives?
Please inspect your package when it arrives. If anything arrives damaged in shipment, contact us by e-mail or at 1-800-215-9441 and we will ship a free replacement to you right away.
What if I need to cancel my order?
